Tasting Notes

The wine is bursting with dynamic flavors of strawberry, Bing cherry, and raspberry with a hint of pepper and spice. The beautifully balanced wine is medium-bodied, with a subtle but firm tannic grip. The long finish compels another sip.

 

Winemakers’ Notes

The grapes were harvested at 24.8° B. The wine matured in neutral French oak barrels for 19 months before bottling in April 2019.
