Tasting Notes

Our 2020 Rosé was sourced from St. Helena, Napa Valley, and is 100% Merlot. With its captivating color and enticing aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and rose petal, this Rosé is difficult to resist. On the palate it reveals a delightful complexity and satisfying texture. It is wonderfully refreshing.

 

Winemakers’ Notes

We harvested the grapes on September 15 at 23.8° Brix. The grapes were gently pressed and macerated for a brief time before draining to fermented slow in stainless steel. The finished wine is crisp and dry, with 13.8% alcohol, pH 3.62 and 6.0 g/L titratable acidity.

Enjoy with baked figs and goat cheese over radicchio, grilled chicken kabobs, or your favorite pizza.
