Tasting Notes

Aromas of gold delicious apples, Meyer lemon zest, and pineapple with hints of vanilla, crème Brule, brioche, and honey. Flavors range from peach to starfruit, and sweet cream butter, with a rich mid-palate texture and a bright finish of grapefruit and green apple.

 

Winemakers’ Notes

This Chardonnay was aged for 6 months in neutral French oak barrels. Sur lie aging with monthly Bâtonnage being mindful to keeping wine fresh.

Enjoy with light and delicate food such as raw and lightly cooked shellfish light crab and prawns, steamed or grilled fish, pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.
